1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, digital products, services, content, and educational materials provided by Lynette Janine, LLC, Lynette Janine Ministries, and Kingdom Law School™ (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using any part of our websites, online school, courses, videos, audio materials, coaching programs, ministry content, or downloadable resources (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, students, purchasers, mentees, donors, and ministry participants.

 

2. Organizational Structure

The Services are operated through the following entities:

  • Lynette Janine, LLC – public-facing business entity providing online education, digital products, and business operations.

  • Lynette Janine Ministries – a nonprofit, faith-based ministry providing spiritual education, teachings, prayer support, and ministry-aligned content.

  • Kingdom Law School™ – an educational brand and training platform delivered under the umbrella of the entities above.

Users acknowledge and agree that their interaction with the Services may involve one or more of these entities.

 

3. Not Legal, Tax, Financial, or Medical Advice

All content, teachings, communications, and educational materials—whether written, spoken, or implied—are provided for educational and spiritual purposes only.

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes:

  • legal advice,

  • tax advice,

  • financial advice,

  • accounting advice,

  • investment advice,

  • medical or health advice, or

  • legal representation or professional-client relationship.

You are solely responsible for seeking qualified professionals before making decisions related to law, taxation, finance, health, or business.

 

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services—including but not limited to text, audio, videos, designs, graphics, PDF downloads, teachings, metaphysical lessons, “You Are the Money” materials, Kingdom Law School™ courses, declarations, meditations, and frameworks—is proprietary to the Company.

You agree that you will not:

  • copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission,

  • sell, license, or exploit the materials for your own programs,

  • remove trademarks, copyright notices, or proprietary markings.

“Kingdom Law School™” and associated teachings are trademarked and may not be used without authorization.

 

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information when required.

  • Use the Services for lawful purposes only.

  • Refrain from harassing, abusing, or disrupting the integrity of the Services or the community.

  • Not share login credentials, downloads, PDFs, or course materials with non-purchasers.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in termination of access without refund.

 

7. Payment Terms

Certain offerings—including courses, PDFs, mentorship sessions, events, private trainings, and membership materials—require payment.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

  • You will not initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

  • You authorize the Company to collect payment using the method on file.

Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full.

 

8. Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated on a sales page, inside a checkout window, or in writing, all sales are final. Due to the digital, spiritual, and educational nature of the products, refunds are not provided.

Chargebacks initiated in violation of these Terms will be disputed.

 

9. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding personal, financial, spiritual, or business outcomes.
Your results depend on personal effort, discipline, stewardship, mindset, and circumstances beyond our control.

You acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee:

  • income levels,

  • tax outcomes,

  • legal outcomes,

  • debt elimination,

  • business success, or

  • spiritual experiences.

 

10. Third-Party Services

We may provide links to third-party platforms such as Spotify, YouTube Music, Kajabi, podcast apps, social media, and external resources.

We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or service disruptions.

 

11. Ministry, Prayer, and Spiritual Content

Users understand and agree that:

  • spiritual teachings are theological interpretations,

  • metaphysical explanations are for educational and faith-based development,

  • prayer and spiritual guidance are not professional services, and

  • personal transformation is not guaranteed.

 

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without refund, if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior harmful to the Company, its brands, or its community.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

  • any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages,

  • losses related to business, finances, tax filings, or legal issues,

  • actions taken or not taken based on the information provided,

  • spiritual interpretations or metaphysical teachings,

  • technical issues, delays, or service interruptions.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the Services.

 

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, trustees, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Services,

  • your violation of these Terms,

  • your actions or decisions related to legal, tax, financial, or health matters,

  • misuse or unauthorized use of materials.

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws. YOU AND WE AGREE THAT ANY ACTION OR DISPUTE BETWEEN US WILL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY ARBITRATION IN THE STATE OF TEXAS.

 

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
